This isn't home. That's what I used to think.
Home should be a warmer place, but this place had nothing but cold, lifeless air.
I'd already lost everything. I didn't want to start over again.
A red backpack. A wallet. A few pieces of clothing. I hadn't even bought a wardrobe.
I could leave whenever I wanted, with nothing to hold me back. At most, this was just somewhere to stay.
But when did that change?
Pretty dresses. Photos by the bed. An unnecessary refrigerator, and even food delivered every now and then.
The world is so vast, yet so small. Time flows like water, washing away memories.
It was as if I'd always been meant to stay here.
"You should eat more nutritious food and keep a regular schedule."
I bit into my chow mein bun without a care. "That's rich, coming from someone who stays up late reading Icha Icha Paradise."
He tried to defend himself. "...It was a limited edition."
"If Lord Jiraiya came out with a new limited edition every day, you'd probably end up dying in a really embarrassing way." Staying up to read dirty books until your kidneys gave out and killed you.
Kakashi Hatake: "..."
↑↑↑↑↑ Don't let the blurb fool you. This is more or less a collection of dumb everyday antics like these.
1. This story is also known as "The White-Haired Jonin's Long Road to Winning His Wife's Heart." And it really is long!
2. This is a Hokage fanfic, with Kakashi Hatake as the male lead!
3. The ending is happy, guaranteed not to be abandoned!
4. The style is cozy (?), everyday life. I'll write as I go. It's just a short story that I enjoy writing and hope you'll enjoy reading.
Dad, why did you promise never to give up?
Are you still crying?
Ah... Updated...
Ah, is the sofa right? Www
Very interesting, please keep writing!
The writing is very attractive and I look forward to the follow-up
