The Phoenix Takes Flight

Back then, I always thought I could see through things, that with my eyes and my water mirror I could glimpse the vicissitudes of the world. Yet I couldn't see myself.

Later, I had so many words buried in my heart, and they became regrets I could never make up for. I always thought that if I loved someone sincerely enough, I could move them. In the end, I only moved myself. Perhaps if something isn't meant to be mine, no matter how tightly I try to hold on, it will still slip away.

As for the ending, in my next life, may I be foolish and carefree.

Phoenixes fly together, coming and going through autumn rain and mist.

But now the fenghuang has flown away, and only the huang remains.
