The Chengying Sword

In ancient times, heaven and earth were still in chaos. Yet within that chaos grew a Primordial Azure Lotus, which bore four seeds. Three of them transformed into Pangu, Nuwa, and Taiyi. Later, Pangu separated heaven and earth and created all things. The Azure Lotus withered under the strain of creation, but one of its seeds had already ripened and blossomed atop Mount Buzhou. Then Gonggong angrily struck Mount Buzhou, bringing down the pillar that held up the sky and plunging heaven and earth into chaos once more. The Azure Lotus withered with it. Its petals became the Three Treasures Jade Ruyi, which belonged to Yuanshi Tianzun, who resided in the Qingwei Heaven of the Jade Clarity Realm. Its lotus stem became the Taiyi Whisk, which belonged to Taishang Laojun, who lived in the Dachi Heaven Palace of the Great Clarity Realm. Its leaves became the Green Duckweed Sword, which belonged to Tongtian Jiaozhu, who resided in the Biyou Palace of Aolai Kingdom in the East Sea. The ancestral source of earth that nurtured the Azure Lotus became the Nine Heavens Restorative Soil, which belonged to the Lady Nuwa.
