[Sparrow] Tales of Old Shanghai

I actually finished reading it, but I didn't quite understand what was written. . . The author's writing is good, but the handling of details is really terrible. Anyway, when I read it, either the content jumped too much and I felt it was incomprehensible, or I simply couldn't understand it. Maybe the author wanted to set up a foreshadowing, but I didn't feel anything after reading the whole story. One thing I should praise is that this is one of the few novels that I didn't understand and yet I finished it. Even though the details are horrific, the writing is still remarkable, come on

The whole article is very nice, but there may be some typos. To be honest, I don't really like heroines like Xu Bicheng, but Jiang Zhen makes me feel too cold-blooded. I have read another sparrow fanfic - [City Spring with Deep Grass and Trees] which is quite interesting.

In fact, I didn't like the role of Chen Shen from the beginning, even if it was played by Li Yifeng, I couldn't win over him. To be honest, I think this man is a failure as the male protagonist in the spy dramas I have watched over the years. He is really not outstanding, not outstanding at all, and it makes people even wonder why he is liked by Xu Bicheng and Li Xiaonan. Even the male supporting actor Tang Shanhai is more admirable than him. Okay (∩_∩) I simply don't like him

Is there any extra? Big

The top-secret plans on the list are all with the enemy, so what's the use?
