[Reborn!] Where's the Promised Life of Victory?

In a parallel world where Byakuran had yet to be defeated, Fran unexpectedly bit the dust during a mission and was reborn in another parallel world. In this world, Fran was a winner in life: he had a car and a house, both his parents were dead, and he had an older sister but no younger sister. In this world, Fran had an older sister with a very self-indulgent name who was determined to marry her little brother off. In this world, Fran's neighbor was a Sawada, and he had a childhood friend named Sawada Tsunayoshi. In this world, Fran had once 'lived and died together' with Hibari Kyoya. In this world, Fran was the same age as Rokudo Mukuro. In my headcanon, Fran is a tech geek who can dismantle a Gundam with his bare hands. My writing isn't very good, and I can't avoid OOC characterization, so please go easy on me. I've got kidney supplements, so dare to hit me and I'll make your kidneys... Just kidding, qaq. This is my first story, so please be gentle with me, orz. Also, this is an ALLF story, born from my love for Fran. If I can't do it myself, I'll let other people do it x [blushing emoji]. I'm a ninth grader, so my updates will be irregular, but I absolutely won't abandon the story! Theme:
