That Demon King Broke Character

[Reader's Note]: The blurb and the actual story differ. That's because I originally planned to write a medium-length novel, then changed it into a short story. The blurb reflects the original plan. (Even finishing a short story isn't easy~ Please leave a rating after reading!!)

As the villainous Demon King in a hugely popular Western fantasy novel, his only dream is to destroy the world.

A twist of fate sends the Demon King into a world that isn't his own, free from the original story's rule that good must always triumph over evil... So, destruction! Destruction! He will destroy this world... though right now, he's just a huge dog who can't even speak.

As the heroine angel Gana in a hugely popular Western fantasy novel, her only duty is to 'defeat the Demon King and save the world.'

A twist of fate sweeps Angel Gana into another world. With no magic and no Demon King, she is shunned as a freak and has only a dog she found to rely on.

It is a large black dog with a bad temper, affectionate only toward her.
