This is the story of Jia Mu living a second life.
In her previous life, the Jia family used the Lin family's fortune to build the Grand View Garden. She thought she could always protect Yu'er, but an imperial marriage decree ruined all her plans. Worse still, after she passed away, those heartless people forced her beloved granddaughter to her death for the sake of money!
By a twist of fate, Jia Mu, now reborn with knowledge of what had happened before and what was yet to come, returns to a time before the story of Dream of the Red Chamber begins. Since she already knows that Baoyu is an immortal reincarnated, she can't let him coast through life and inherit a noble title. She'll properly guide him and fulfill the fated bond between him and Lin Daiyu. She must also resolve the Jia family's troubles one by one, so that this second chance won't go to waste!
