In children's fairy tales, the leader of the Phantom Troupe is always the evil Demon King, and his little girl dreams of becoming a hero.
A father-daughter story, focused on family love. Chrollo as a dad, absolutely no romance between them.
I don't think I'll ever get tired of writing about him. Also, in keeping with the style of my past father-daughter stories, the Troupe member is devoted to his daughter, has eyes only for her, works tirelessly for her, and lets her hit and scold him without complaint (that is no exaggeration). If you don't believe Chrollo could feel parental affection, or aren't used to this kind of story, please read with caution.
The main story: the love-hate relationship between a Demon King father and his hero daughter.
Achille:
“Chrollo Lucilfer is the greatest evil in this world.”
“He is your biological father, and you should despise your bloodline. You should be ashamed of it.”
Samantha:
“You are Heaven's gift, the only beautiful thing I gained from meeting him.”
“I hate him. He ruined everything for me. But you, my dear child, are allowed to love him.”
Jenny:
“I don't care how many people he's killed or how much evil he's done. He has never, ever hurt me.”
“To be your daughter is the luckiest thing in the world for me. Thank you, Dad.”
“If I could, I would want to be with Dad forever.”
“I really... really want to go to the amusement park with Dad again.”
“I want so badly to stay with Dad forever, to explore the world with him and discover all kinds of unknown things.” Her voice choked up. “I love Dad so, so much. I love him more than anyone.”
Though she stood against him, though she had resolved to capture him, though she had been prepared to die in battle, those eyes gazing at him still held such pure affection. He smiled and conjured the Bandit's Secret. He showed no mercy in battle, yet his gaze upon his opponent held the deepest tenderness: I am proud of you.
The heroine is a native of this world. I've finally decided to write the story of a genuine little girl. As for how she turns out, Chrollo doesn't get to decide.
This isn't entirely a Hunter x Hunter fanfic. It may only count as a Phantom Troupe fanfic, or even just a Chrollo fanfic. Those familiar with my work probably know I'm terrible at writing large casts, and I always keep the scope small. My stories usually have very few characters. For example, in “Dad, Love Me One More Time,” everyone besides the father and daughter was just background, so other Hunter x Hunter characters will probably appear very little.
Also, this is my first father-daughter story told entirely from the Troupe leader's perspective. My previous one was told entirely from the daughter's perspective.
P.S. For information about “Big Hands Love Little Feet” (I Am the Demon King) (what's so censored about a title like that?), see the author's note in Chapter One. For the pen name suicide incident, see the author's notes.
P.P.S. Shalnark died. I haven't even written my Shalnark father-daughter story yet! (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻ He died before he ever got to be a dad. How tragic. But I have no plans to write a Shalnark father-daughter story anytime soon, and I don't like the fact that Shalnark, my beloved little angel, died, so he isn't dead in this story. I'm just that stubborn. ╭(╯^╰)╮ The thought that the Troupe will be wiped out in the not-too-distant future makes my heart sink. I don't care, I refuse to accept that as fact. I'm writing a parallel world of Hunter x Hunter, after all, and I'm not going to follow the original story. ╭(╯^╰)╮ So no matter how much the original story later face-slaps me, everyone except the two who died in Yorknew City is assumed to be alive and kicking.
P.P.P.S. My health has been unstable, so updates are irregular for now. I'm very sorry about that.
Thinking of the disfigured brother in the tower...
It took another two or three years to discover that you had come back! But I found that you were fooled again (laughing and crying). But I really like you! I was only in junior high school when I started reading your articles, and now I have graduated from college, but I have not forgotten the touch your articles brought to me. I really like the father and daughter in the brigade you wrote (especially Chrollo's hahahaha). No matter whether you write articles or not in the future, I hope you will always be happy, healthy, safe and happy! ! !
The scourge will last for thousands of years, the knight cannot die
When will you write this?
I'm very happy to have Da Da back~ I'm a long-time reader. I like Da Da Da's hunter father and daughter stories the most.
When will DaDa come back and continue writing? I like DaDa's father-daughter stories the most.
The author's name reminds me of a bunch of Mary Sue pen names I had when I was a kid.
Wife, give you a hug. I have read several of your other articles before, and I have also thought about when you would come back. Finally, I am back. I love you.
This is the seventh father-daughter series I read today. Chrollo died in both books. This one should be he, right? Also, when will you come back?
