[One Piece] The Flame Fist Never Dies

A Marine who left the group at sixteen, a rookie pirate at seventeen; a pure-hearted, slow-witted girl with monstrous strength, and a fiery boy who's passionate yet sensitive. --You just happened to find her. You just happened to be there when she was lost. Anyone else could have done the same. You're not special, Portgas. --I know. I just feel so lucky. Lucky that I was the one who found her, invited her, fell for her, was followed by her, trusted by her, cared for by her, and... loved by her. --The thugs who lust after Daisy, the murderers and thieves who hate her: once she leaves the Marines, she'll have no one to rely on. Every kind of criminal will come sniffing around like they smell meat. Will you... protect my little sister forever? --I said, brother... --Get lost! I'm not your brother! * A coming-of-age story devoted to young Ace. Pairing: Spade Pirates Captain Ace x Daisy, a former Marine girl with monstrous strength. Happy ending. # Notice: Major revisions in progress (6.1) * A few things to know before reading * Ace in a boy-girl romance. There are plenty of other characters in the story. If you're uncomfortable, please take care of yourself and don't let us hurt each other. * The blurb may still change. I'm never satisfied with the title, but once I have a cover, I won't change it again. * OOC? I'll do my best to write the Ace I imagine, one who's not out of character. If you think he's OOC, don't say so! I'll feel like I've got the wrong guy, and that'll be miserable. * I have a day job and type slowly, so updates are irregular. Shower me with love and maybe that'll get my blood pumping, and I'll blaze through the chapters! # A completed story about Rosinante set in the same world, featuring Ace with a girl and other members of the family. Go give it a read: A future story about Sabo, set in the same world. What's in it... I don't know yet. Feel free to add it to your favorites for now:
