Apocalypse: Genesis

Ten years ago, the biotech company Cerberus released the C-Virus on a massive scale around the world. Creatures infected with the virus either underwent irreversible mutations or died in extreme agony. Mutated creatures overran the world, and humanity struggled to survive in the cracks between them. Ten years later, the factions of mutated humans had established themselves. Soldier Yu Jingyang was sent to Death Valley in the United States on a surveillance mission, where he discovered Kexi, an experimental subject abandoned by Cerberus and presumed dead.

Because of Kexi's identity and the unusual nature of the virus in his body, Yu Jingyang was ordered to bring him back to base. At first, he regarded this capricious, willful fellow as nothing more than a mission asset, like one of the specimens. But at some point, he found himself drawn to this beautiful young man, whose insides were on the verge of breaking apart. And the other seemed to harbor strange feelings for him as well.

As the two spent more time together, their feelings deepened. But they had to face more than terrifying mutated creatures: there was also the ambitious Cerberus.
