Expanded from the plight of the Tatar people, this story follows Zilu's childhood, from the Grand Duchy of Moscow to Tsarist Russia. It's pseudo-historical, with the main pairing focused on the Red Faction, and a secondary focus on Slavic sisters and brothers, in a familial, sibling-love sort of way. Note: Zilu uses the Tsarist Russia fan-character name "Stepan"; the Ukrainian sister uses one of the canon candidate names, "Sofia"; and the Tatar character is given the personified name "Gryaznuha" (more or less an original character).
