Thirty years ago, the Qingliu Sect angered the evil Qianzong Sect and was wiped out overnight. Only Mo Yunfan and his wife escaped, but both eventually died.
Thirty years later, young swordsman Mo Qi ventures into the martial world and is ambushed. By chance, healer Yu Zhou, out traveling on his master's orders, saves his life. Yu Zhou's precious medicine is wasted in the chaos, so he pressures and cajoles Mo Qi into agreeing to testify before his master. But Yu Zhou's master has mysteriously disappeared, and the clues point to Mo Qi...
A wuxia story about young swordsman Mo Qi seeking the truth and finding his own path amid the bloodshed of the martial world. A poker-faced, stubborn gong x a willful, sharp-tongued shou. The romance is a slow burn. Happy ending!
