Have You Taken Your Medicine Today, Meow?

My new novel, The CEO's Utter Defeat, is now underway. Please add it to your collection! I woke up one morning as a cat person. Mr. Meow, who can't act cute, feels the world's malice deep in his bones. Could anything be worse than a cat who can't act cute? Mr. Meow: Yes! I can't remember who I am... With his owner away, the amnesiac Mr. Meow feels a little uneasy. Does his owner like nuzzling or cuddling? Should he wag his tail? When his owner returns, Mr. Meow thinks she looks familiar. Before Mr. Meow can act cute for her, he watches helplessly as his owner turns into a spotted cat, too. Mr. Meow: ...My owner is the Head of Gryffindor? Could anything be scarier than having the Head of Gryffindor as your owner? Mr. Meow: Yes... I'm a half-baked Animagus, and I've lost my memory. It seems I'm such a good-for-nothing that I can turn from a person into a cat, but can't change back. Every day, I'm forced to drink potions brewed by a terrifying Potions professor... I have a strong feeling my previous self died of despair and depression. But I think I'll do my best to survive. This story pairs Snape and Harry. It's got a bizarre premise, a happy ending (√), a healing vibe (√), and I'll try to make it sweet, but it won't be silly and fluffy (√). It's both darkly intense and lighthearted (√), a postwar crossover fanfic (√), with original headcanons (√). Beware of OOC; if anyone acts out of character, I'll blame it on the cat spirit's mischief (√). Volume notice: This story will be available for purchase starting August 30, with three chapters posted in a row! Everyone who supports the official release will be blessed with good luck! If you believe the blurb, you've already lost. Theme:
