I Became the Crown Prince's Stepfather

I Commoners: The gods have answered our prayers! The Imperial Preceptor held a ceremony today to pray for a spouse for our emperor, and the gods sent him a male bride! Minister: Your Excellency, didn't you tell the gods that His Majesty wanted a female bride?! Imperial Preceptor: ...Oops, my bad. II Emperor: Which meddlesome god kicked you down here? National Empress: Why on earth did you set up an altar to pray for a wife instead of rain?! Emperor: Those old geezers keep pestering me to take another consort, so I just humored them. Who knew you'd actually show up? National Empress: If you had the power to pray me here, then you should have the power to send me back! Emperor: If you had the power to fall down here, then you should have the power to fly back! National Empress: You're just counting on me being unable to get back! Emperor: And you're just counting on me spoiling you! III Crown Prince: [The 1001st Letter to Mother] Mother, the new empress argued with Father again. They had a really nasty fight, and lately they've even been fighting in bed. But the nanny says he can't give me a little brother, so I don't need to be afraid of him. Of course I, the Crown Prince, am not afraid of him o(￣ヘ￣o#) ...but why can't I have a little brother? Note: The male National Empress isn't a god. He's just an unlucky modern man who ended up in ancient times. He especially hates hearing, "Why don't you just fly up to the sky?" because he really wants to, but can't.
