Spring Is Lovely, But the Door Won't Open

Even in late winter, one may lean against the bamboo; even when spring is lovely, one may keep the door shut. If even such beautiful spring weather can't open their hearts, then what could truly reach them? The characters in Jiao's drama have always valued affection, especially family, then friendship, then romance, and themselves last of all. That's why they suffer the most, and why putting their own needs aside has become a habit. But if fate brought them together and they became family to one another, would they let a "brother" suffer? Could things turn out differently? This won't follow the original series exactly. For example, Zhu Shou will have some historical elements mixed in, and the second brother's story will incorporate some of my own life experiences. I'm too silly to write anything serious. [Flies away~] The pairing isn't decided. It depends on how the story develops: it might have no pairing and focus on family, or there might be a pairing with nothing explicit. [If you see something romantic, you're the one with a dirty mind. Get out! This is clearly brotherly affection!] My writing is terrible, and I'm neither bashing nor praising anyone. Read on if you can stand it... P.S. All corrections, typos, and suggestions are welcome. I'll try to keep the characters in character. I'm lazy, so as for updates... we'll see.
