Synopsis of "The Shan Hai Scroll: Tales of the Strange":
The Shan Hai Scroll is an ancient artifact. In the first year of the world's creation, when heaven and earth were still in chaos and monsters roamed the land, Fuxi, the King of Men, used materials from the divine tree Jianmu to make a scroll that sealed away more than a hundred powerful monsters that preyed on humanity, so people could survive. Thousands of years later, a legend spread that whoever obtained the scroll could have their wishes granted. To resurrect his beloved Yan Ji and atone for his crimes, Zhongli Hai decides to make a pact with Ling'er, the scroll's guardian spirit, and embark on a long journey to seal away the monsters. Along the way, he witnesses the warmth and coldness of the human world, records many strange tales, and gradually discovers that it is all part of a conspiracy.
This work draws in part on the ancient text Classic of Mountains and Seas, blending it with the author's own original ideas to weave a new and wondrous story. The complete work is divided into the Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Scrolls, as well as the Inner and Outer Sea Scrolls. Updates will be irregular and infrequent.
The description is very detailed, I like it very much
Sometimes, I really don't like the character Xiang Yu, he is so willful and self-willed
I'm scared of being poor, and I never want to live that kind of life again.
The word count is a bit short, so it's not enjoyable to read.
Women in ancient times did not control their destiny in their own hands, alas.
Is this a wedge? Very short
The character settings are clearly laid out, great
