Dragon Emblem

This Mouse-and-Cat fanfic series has five installments: Dragon Diagram is first, Jade Mouse second, Heavenly Book third, Double Trouble in the Eastern Capital fourth, and Beauty is the finale. The series is complete. It's my favorite among the live-action Mouse-and-Cat fanfics, so I'm posting it here. Please leave your comments, everyone. Thank you! A brief synopsis follows. Zhan Zhao and Bai Yutang were only three days late, yet the Kaifeng Prefecture had already changed hands. The court drums thundered, but the accused was no treacherous official: it was Bao Zheng, the incorruptible judge of the Song Dynasty! He stood accused of treason and betraying his country, with the Eighth Prince and the entire court as witnesses. How could he possibly defend himself? You stinking cat, it's not your fault that Lord Bao was falsely accused and thrown in prison, so why do you keep taking the blame on yourself?! Look at you, so hidebound and burdened by that uniform. How could you compare with Fifth Lord Bai, who lives so freely? Since the people of Kaifeng Prefecture can't enter the Court of Judicial Review, Fifth Lord Bai will go in your place! You stinking mouse, affairs of the court have nothing to do with you. Why get involved and invite trouble? Those scars from the torture nearly cost you your life... No matter how deep the misunderstanding, I can't let you wade into this mess again. As long as I, Zhan, draw breath, I will not let your white robes be stained scarlet again! Theme:
