The not-so-serious blurb After watching Heart of Greed II: Home Is Where the Heart Is, I felt so sorry for Gun Jai. He's such a good kid, always yielding and sacrificing, always thinking of others, yet his devoted love is turned into a love triangle. Although Yu Suqiu is a good girl, under Hung Ma's influence she makes plenty of choices that are hard to stomach. Even though the screenwriter pulls off a miraculous happy ending with a wildly imaginative twist, this couple still makes me uneasy. Then I finally watched The Sorcerer and the White Snake, and fell head over heels for the commanding White Snake. What a shame... If they'd been in the modern world, and Gun Jai were the one being doted on, they'd surely have stayed together for a hundred years... And so, in a daze, this plot bunny suddenly popped into existence. As for why Sister Suzhen became Brother Suzhen... Well, it's a plot bunny, so I went ahead and gender-swapped the characters too. Lin R really does have such a bottom-like vibe (after all, if you love him, you should make him the bottom).
