In his previous life, Wen Shi'an was a young prince who could lounge in the arms of beautiful women. He was peerlessly charming, yet fell for Qin Ruo, the top courtesan at Mowen House.
Qin Ruo had been beaten, cursed at, and tormented at Mowen House, and suffered all the same things at Wen Shi'an's hands.
Then one day, unexpectedly, Wen Shi'an changed his ways and began treating Qin Ruo well, loving him with all his heart. Yet he still sent Qin Ruo into the hands of his sworn enemy.
Qin Ruo eventually died. Wen Shi'an gazed at Yuehuan Pavilion. Every plant, every tree, every mountain and stone had been tended or laid by the two of them. But the place stood empty, with only the indifferent stream left behind.
Five hundred years later, through a twist of fate, Wen Shi'an was reborn as a cat. This time, their roles were reversed: Qin Ruo became the one who raised him, and Wen Shi'an the one being raised.
I wonder how much sorrow a person can bear? No sorrow compares to having your lover in your arms while you're a cat.
I've always wanted to write a story about cats because I have a cat.
I'm just a working stiff, but I'll try to update regularly and won't abandon the story.
I'm terrible at writing blurbs, and can't make a few sentences sound stirring. But this isn't an angst-filled story anyway, so just have fun reading it.
If you like it, please add it to your favorites and leave a comment. Love you all, mwah!
I have another story, too. Friends, please go support that one as well. (*╯3╰)

Looking at the copywriting, it seems that it was very cruel in its previous life.
