[The Little Mermaid] Survival Game

Eat merfolk flesh, and you will live a thousand years, forever young in an immortal body. But there are three possible outcomes: First, you die from the poison. Second, you become a strange beast. Third, you live forever. Yet people only remember the last one, the most beautiful and bloodiest legend of all. Survive. Survive in the world of humans! Then let's play a survival game where it's kill or be killed! ● Granny Mermaid [Chu Yi] → An innocent, electrifying little mermaid: "Aren't we perfect for each other? Neither of us has a lower half. We'd make a perfect couple!" ● General Sanbao [Zheng He] → A handsome, reserved, fifty-shades-of-gray sidekick: "No legs, yet you run so fast, Chu Yi! Just try catching me by the fifteenth!" ● Eight-Clawed Thief [Yu Ba] → A hapless thief who can't help laughing at first sight: "Watch closely! I'm about to transform!" ● Black-Scaled Merfolk [Ni Man] → A charming, mature woman who attracts both men and women: "The man I like likes the woman I like. What am I supposed to do?" ● Emperor Chengzu of the Ming [Zhu Di] → A moody emperor with a godlike sense of logic: "We need to sort out the family generations. This could get confusing." ● Ice-Cold Beauty [Ruo Lan] → A venomous, scheming consort: "Sanbao, tired? Come over and have a bowl of soup~" ● I dedicate this story to Mr. Zhou, whom we all loved so dearly back then. ● As a fanfic of Stephen Chow's 2016 film The Mermaid, this is the story of Granny Mermaid and General Zheng. ● I just want to write a story I like. If you like it too, please leave me a supportive comment. ● Historical figures and dynasties in this story may be portrayed in a more positive or negative light. This is all in good fun, so please don't take it seriously. History buffs, please go easy on me. ● So this story is fantasy + lighthearted fun + true love + historical parody. I'll finish it little by little when I have time. Think of it as raising a husband. Muah~ ● "Gungun Nest" group number: 348887322. Password: any character's name. →_→
