2. The romance is mainly Prince of Tennis, while the sports focus is mainly cycling. Strictly speaking, there aren't really any Yowamushi Pedal characters or plotlines. 4. The original male protagonist can play tennis and ride a bike, but cycling is the main focus. Since both original works have long-haired men, let's assume long hair is compatible with sports here. And if the original male protagonist ends up being too overpowered and awesome, that's entirely the author's fault.
