[My next novel, I Choose a Carefree Life of Cultivation Despite My Immortality, is now available for advance reservations. The blurb is below. If you’re interested, come take a look~]
Lu Zhuo is an esper who grows stronger by absorbing pain. Any torment inflicted on him turns into a pleasurable delight.
Then he is selected by the Male Lead Rescue System, which has mistaken him for someone else, and sent to play a cannon-fodder character whose clan is wiped out, so he can save the male lead from turning evil.
System: Hello, dear Host. Our mission is to save the male lead from turning evil. If we can’t set him back on the right path, he’ll destroy the entire world.
Lu Zhuo: Let it be destroyed. I’m not saving him.
System: ...The System recommends taking the [White Moonlight Route]: take a blade for the male lead, suffer in his place, become his salvation in the darkness and the only light in his life. The process might be a little unpleasant, but the System has a pain-blocking feature that can spare you the pain.
Lu Zhuo: Now that you mention it, I’m wide awake.
It turned out that the person he had to save was the male lead of a story full of angst. His fate was utterly tragic: he suffered both physically and emotionally, was ultimately betrayed by those closest to him, fell into darkness, and destroyed the world.
Seeing all the scenes in the plot where the male lead suffered minor and serious injuries, lost consciousness, and came close to death, Lu Zhuo silently swallowed.
So it’s a corruption arc? Leave it to me!

Ji Fengwu had a miserable life. As a boy, his own mother sold him to the Blood Prison, where he was drained of blood and had his marrow refined as ingredients for pills. He endured suffering and torment beyond measure.
But on the day it all began, someone broke in and took the fatal blood spike meant for him.
“Don’t be afraid.” The other person’s voice was so gentle, like something out of a dream. “From now on, I’ll help you through every hardship...”
He wasn’t afraid anymore, because he had found his light.

Legend has it that a benevolent beast called the Zhuolu deer often bears the suffering of all living things. Even when reduced to ashes, it stands silently, without so much as a whimper.
Only Lu Zhuo knows that the Zhuolu deer isn’t silent because it can’t speak. It’s because he’s afraid that if he lets himself react, he’ll die of embarrassment in public...
P.S.:
1. Lu Zhuo is the bottom, Ji Fengwu is the top, and they have an age gap, with the top younger.
2. Lu Zhuo’s ability means he isn’t afraid of pain. In fact, he finds it especially pleasurable, so he’s particularly eager to experience Ji Fengwu’s plot, and his fate.
3. The top has memories of a past life, but they appear in his dreams. All he can remember is the suffering he’s about to endure.
Outwardly gentle, inwardly dark and obsessive top X masochistic, nonhuman powerhouse bottom
Also known as I Took the Beatings You Were Destined to Get, I Took the Path to Your Demonic Transformation and Left You Nowhere to Go, Three Years and Three More Years, and I’m Almost the Demon Venerable, and My Beloved Is Trying to Get Himself Killed Every Day.

Xu Feiguang transmigrates to the cultivation world and becomes a menial disciple of the declining Jiushan Sect.
His lifespan is fixed at the moment he transmigrated. He is immortal, with an endless lifespan.
But in the cultivation world, lifespans are short and the path to immortality is hard to find. Within, the great sects scheme against one another, fighting over opportunities for advancement. Without, monstrous beasts and demons lurk, ready to devour anyone at any moment.
As a pitiful little cultivator with shallow cultivation and no powerful backers, Xu Feiguang decides he must keep his head down. He won’t leave seclusion until he becomes a powerhouse!
Ancient secret realms, sect tournaments, battles between righteous and demonic factions, contests for immortal artifacts... None of it has anything to do with me.
I’d rather farm, fish, and tend to flowers and plants, then cultivate my way to immortality in peace.
Yet a thousand years later, Xu Feiguang discovers that the farmland he tended has become an ancient secret realm, the grass carp he raised have transformed into golden dragons, and the flowers and plants he cared for have become the future kings of the demon race.
And now they want to repay him.
P.S.:
1. A slow-paced, long-form cultivation story about gaining immortality by keeping a low profile. The protagonist is immortal and leisurely farms his way to becoming an immortal.
2. The protagonist is the bottom and has a love interest. The top is the one who wants to repay him, but his true form isn’t actually a flower or a plant.
3. Updated daily at nine each evening.
Theme: Saving and redeeming one another.
Super pretty! ! The plot line and various plans are very complicated, but the logic is always very clear. It is really amazing to grab the script in the middle! The big scenes of fighting and leveling up are very grand and beautiful, and some of the details are also written very tastefully using Taoist, Buddhist, Shanhaijing, etc.! It's a very, very good story, and the characters are all very likable, but I don't know why I don't feel emotionally affected by the plot (or maybe it's because I haven't been in any mood recently, but I feel that some of the plots that promote emotions do run a little faster, so it's not so easy to sink in) ~ By the way, the ending is still a bit confusing. I was wondering if Xiaolu didn't sacrifice that round, wouldn't Xiaoji be able to succeed? But it feels like it's not necessary. I just need to let the beasts go and pull it, can't I just do it? I hope that the perfect ending will be the result of two people working together to redeem each other, but Xiaolu doesn't understand it.
Big Fish Kun is so cute! ! ! (Screaming at the top of his lungs) I also like the arrogant character of Garuda! They're all so cute. Bai Ze's appearance reminds me of Bai Zeye in "Inhuman"
I think of the ugly duckling (×)
Ahhh, I still want to see the little couple making love.
Previously, Demon Lord and Wan Beast made an agreement to help it destroy the world. Didn't Wan Beast have some back-up measures to restrain it? Now it can be regarded as a rebellion on behalf of the Demon Lord? I'm a little confused. I always feel that the beasts in this covenant have no benefits.
Ah, what about the promise to Granny Yu? QUQ
Ness! The author would probably write several more books like this
See you next time! Come on!
"Something broke out" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
