Good Grief, the Male Lead Is Broken

Her neighbor is a little strange. They've never gotten along very well, and after he came back one rainy night, he was practically a different person. For example: He sits at her bedside in the middle of the night like a wandering ghost. What the heck, how did he get in?! "Um, I... feel awful." Th-then go to the hospital? "I think I'm going to break." Huh? Hurry and go to the hospital! "It... won't help." What do you want from me?! "Could I ask you for a favor?" Why does this suddenly sound a little weird? "Could you stick out your neck and let me lick it...?" Right. This is a story about a broken male lead winning over the sickly girl next door.
