An Overview of Song Dynasty Historical Sources

Sometimes, when writing, we need to look up information. But China's history stretches back a long way, and historical records are vast as an ocean, making it difficult to find what we're looking for right away. I've put together this post to organize materials on Song history in broad strokes, so everyone can search for information more effectively.

Most of the content here is excerpted from Historical Sources for Ancient Chinese History, combined with some of my own thoughts from reading. The sources are reliable, so please feel free to consult them.
