I spent a long time writing this book, though I worked on it off and on. It wasn't because it was too long. In fact, compared with the million-word works some people write, it's pitifully short. The only reason is that I'm lazy by nature and fickle-minded, which is a serious failing for a writer.
Before this book, I had conceived a story with a very grand plot. I wished I could perfectly express everything I had in mind, but my writing skills were limited, and after trying this and that, it turned into what you see now. Still, this is a creation I put my heart into, and I don't want it to be buried in some forgotten corner.
Finally, precisely because it's short, I hope you'll take the time to read it with an open mind. You might find an unexpected reward.
Theme:
There is a feeling of loss between the lines. The world of dazzling lights and greenery is only accompanied by a touch of loneliness and emptiness. Many people and many things have left traces in their hearts, but they are just out of reach of the birds in the clouds.
I feel that the author's loneliness is revealed in his words. Writing is not a simple pursuit of a sense of identity, but a kind of expression. Like a lonely wandering singer, talking and singing happily to himself in an unknown corner of the city. I have to admit that I have been very impetuous recently and have not read it, but I was still impressed by the smooth writing. Collected it, hope it will be great!
