Ding Xiaole huffed and got up, then walked over to Hei Rumo. He flopped down on the bed the other man had just made and rolled around with a look of pure bliss. Then he grinned foolishly up at him. "Brother Mo, thanks for your hard work. But why did you make two beds?" That's right, we'd always slept in the same bed!
Hei Rumo straightened up and smiled warmly. "Xiaole, do you know you're covered in dirt? Get up and wash yourself before you come back to bed." As he spoke, he reached down without a second thought, grabbed the waistband of the person on the bed, and hoisted him straight up. Then he turned and headed for the bathroom.
Feeling himself being carried along, Ding Xiaole pouted in protest. "Hey, Brother Mo, it's the first day of school, and you're letting everyone watch you haul me around like this. Have you considered what this will do to my reputation?!"
Hei Rumo strode off briskly, laughing with ease, and set him down firmly on the bathroom floor. "Oh? Your reputation? Since when did you start caring about that? Go take a bath!"
"Oh!" Ding Xiaole nodded.
Hei Rumo gracefully pulled the bathroom door shut, then turned and went off to take care of other things.
