The Lord of Light in the Illusory Century

Love itself is innocent, but both those who love and those who are loved are unforgivably guilty. Bearing a name bound to the fate of the world, from the moment he opened his eyes, he was forced to look up at the glory of the twins above all others. Even though it brought him pain from the depths of his soul, he still longed for that sacred light, unable to break free. Even if the angel whose original sin was pride might grant him no more than a condescending glance, even if from that moment he could already see the future of this first Lord of Light, he said nothing. He simply waited for fate to sound the prelude to war. The King of Light opened his eyes in the midst of light, and the gods bestowed upon him supreme glory. Holding absolute power in his hands, he stood proudly beside the gods, looking down upon the great hall. None could resist his light. Only the youth who had been given the title of his twin gazed up at him in silence, smiling without a word, his blue eyes filled with the light of stars from the highest heavens.
