[Meng Yu] Longing for a Lost Homeland (Historical, Slow-Burn)

As everyone online agrees, Sun Ce gave Zhou Yu a suspicious lord, a confidant with different political views, and a rival watching him like a tiger. Only Mengmeng was truly sincere with him.

From the perspective of those who pore over every word in the historical records, Meng Yu actually spent quite a lot of time together in the army. There's plenty of room to fill in the blanks.

If this isn't your favorite pairing, but you still enjoy this story, that would make me happier than anything.

***The earlier chapters are all setup. The real story begins in Chapter 11.

This story is a slow burn, a slow burn, a slow burn, but I promise there will definitely be sweetness, sweetness, sweetness.

Sun Ce appears in the first third of the story. I'm absolutely not a Sun Ce/Zhou Yu shipper, but feel free to read into it if you like.

***Suggestions for a blurb are welcome.

Every unauthorized TXT repost site that writes a blurb for my story comes up with something better than I do, like the one for Entering the Marquis' Household.

Also, if you like downloading TXT files to read my work, you're welcome to check out the version on my Jinjiang column, since I revise the story from time to time.
