Worldbuilding (includes some personal additions):

Alpha: Regardless of sex, all have a large penis but no reproductive organs.

They belong to society's elite and powerful classes. They make up a relatively small portion of the population, just 10%.

(Personal addition: A female Alpha's penis is a fallopian tube that releases eggs capable of being fertilized. A male Omega's seminal vesicles are located in the lower abdomen and function as reproductive organs.)

Beta: Men and women randomly have either a large penis or reproductive organs. In other words, some men have a large penis while others have reproductive organs. The same applies to women.

They belong to the middle class and make up the largest portion of the population, 75%.

Difference: Whether a Beta has children with an Alpha or an Omega, the child can only be a Beta (except in cases of genetic mutation).

Omega: Regardless of sex, all have reproductive organs. Although male Omegas have a large penis, it is only used for excretion. Men cannot breastfeed; only women can.

Once their glands mature, they enter heat and need to regularly use suppressants or be soothed by an Alpha's pheromones.

They belong to the bottom of society. Their population is larger than that of Alphas, at 15%.
