[Anime Crossover] Just Looking for You

The moon hangs like a wolf's fang, and my beloved is worn with sorrow. I raise my cup and drink down the wind and snow. Who overturned the cabinet of my past lives, Stirring up dust and strife? The secret of fate, through countless cycles, You furrow your brow and cry, but your beauty cannot be called back. Though the annals of history have turned to ash, My love will never die. Amid the splendor, like three thousand streams flowing east, I take but one ladleful of love, and that is enough. I love only the butterfly you became. Your hair is like snow, making our parting so achingly beautiful. Whom have I moved with the incense I burn? I invite the bright moon to make my memories shine. Our love is perfect beneath the moonlight. Your hair is like snow, scattering tears as it flies. Whom have I waited for until I grew old? Drunk on the mortal world, the years pass in a gentle haze. Without regret, I carve a monument to my eternal love for you. Notes: 1. This story has a self-indulgent setting and a large cast. Aside from the Asakura family and a certain Jeanne, I'll try not to portray the other characters too negatively. 2. The heroine's original backstory was huge and complicated. Although I've revised it, she may still seem a little too omnipotent, saintly, and chuunibyou. This is an embarrassing relic of the past, so please don't flame me. 3. There may be some romantic tension, but it is absolutely a committed one-on-one pairing. Their interactions are mainly about family, friendship, understanding, and companionship. Romance isn't everything. 4. I just want to quietly finish this embarrassing old project, which I started years ago and which has been through many twists and turns. This is my way of seeing it through. If you don't like it, please move along or click X to escape. Thank you.
