Luffy was glad he hadn't died, but the next moment someone told him that this place was called the Dragon Realm.

Was the Dragon Realm the dinosaur world he imagined?

In short, Luffy dies and somehow ends up in the Dragon Realm, where the Dragon Emperor takes a liking to him. But he's actually not the shou!!!!!!!!!!!! (See the protagonist section for details.)
