The background of elves and gods in Tolkien's "Silmarillion" is borrowed here. The elves are divided into three major tribes, namely [Wisdom Elf] Noldor, [Light Elf] Vanya and [Starlight Elf] Sindar. The original only god [Creation God] Eru gave birth to the powerful Valar gods in the sky, and the secondary god Maia who became the assistant of the gods. Eru, along with the gods, created San Tuvalino and the earth known as Middle-earth. Later, the elves, the children of the gods, awakened from the Middle Earth and were called the Eldar [Children of the Stars]. Because the gods loved the elves very much and longed for their company, they summoned the elves to leave Middle-earth and live with the gods in Valinor. However, only the Sindar elves could not abandon their home and refused to go. The Noldor elves returned to Middle-earth after spending a long golden age in Valinor because of the blood feud with the god-king Manwë's twin brother [the Sky Devil], and declared war with the Sky Devil despite the dissuasion of the gods.
