HP: The Portrait

After the war, the Malfoy family survived, but Lucius, an inescapable Death Eater, was sent to Azkaban. Two years later, all the criminals involved in the Dark Lord's uprising were tried together, and Lucius was sentenced to death. But the potion meant to kill him failed to take his life completely. The furious victims refused to let this executioner go. The jury voted unanimously to change his sentence: he would be stripped of his wizarding status and right to use a wand forever, exiled to the Far East, and forbidden to return. No one knew where he was, except the warden assigned to guard him. After escaping the clutches of illness, Lucius found himself with a Muggle neighbor. Xavier Larsson was a painter, gentle, tall, and patient. He knew nothing about the wizarding world. He asked Lucius, "Have you ever seen the Northern Lights?" Theme: No encounter is impossible, as long as there is sincerity.
