After an accident, I found myself back on the Horqin grasslands in 1613, as Da Yu'er, the famous Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang. I thought that knowing history would make life easier, letting me stay one step ahead at every turn. But I never expected that knowing the outcome would make the journey any less difficult. All that glory and honor had been built, step by step, with blood and tears.
Hong Taiji was the man I loved, and Dorgon was the man who loved me. I gave everything for the man I loved, only to be left out in the cold. The man who loved me gave up everything for my sake, but in the end, all I could offer him was a beautiful illusion.
I won the empire, but lost my love forever. Did Da Yu'er's fate shape mine, or did I create the Empress Dowager Xiaozhuang of history? In the end, all I can do is fall silent and ask the heavens...
Now that I've looked back over what I've written, I'm not entirely satisfied, especially with the first five chapters. They seem a little slow. If you're impatient, feel free to start with Chapter Six. (Sweat...) I'd really appreciate your comments. Thanks for your support.~~
As I kept writing, I felt that Da Yu'er had suffered too much, so I've decided that the Hong Taiji section will be the serious part, while the Shunzhi section will take a lighter turn. If you prefer something more lighthearted, you can start directly with the Shunzhi section in Chapter Twenty-Two. ^_^
Please update!!!!!!!
It's very beautiful. Why don't you update it? Please update it.
I love Yu'er a lot, but I don't like Hai Lanzhu very much. I hope Yu'er can be happy. . . . . . . Update soon, looking forward to it
Why do you want to give up? I like Huang Taiji very much?
Concubine Zhuang seems to be very vicious! Concubine Chen seems to be very unlucky! I just read a book called "Nahai Lanzhu". The character Zhuang Concubine there is similar to what you wrote, both are bad enough. But Hai Lanzhu is very good, kind, gentle and generous. Stronger than any concubine in the harem.
