By the way, babies, there are a few things I need to clarify. 1. The protagonist of this story is Jinzi. (Isn't that obvious?) 2. The author started out very seriously intending to write a serious drama. But as I kept writing, my true nature showed through. Well... you can think of it as a story about Jinzi gradually being assimilated from an alien into a normal (not really) Earthling. This is actually a silly comedy disguised as a serious story. It may not be obvious at first, so stick with it for a few dozen chapters and you'll see. (Hey...) 3. I know some readers don't like lots of original characters and prefer seeing the protagonist interact with characters from the original story. But I believe everyone has their own life. There are lots of interesting people and things on this planet. There's no reason all the locals have to get along with the protagonist, either. She should have her own circle of friends and a unique way of life. So please don't be put off by the original characters. They're like the different friends we meet at different stages of life: some stay close to the protagonist, while others drift away. 4. I'm a loving mother and treat my children well. I won't put the protagonist through misery. If you like angsty stories, this one may not be for you. 5. If you don't like this story, I'm begging you not to give it a negative rating. I'll reply seriously to every reader comment. (If I miss one, it wasn't intentional. The System may have swallowed it.) You can tell me what you don't like and give me a zero.
