Although she was already the savior of the wizarding world, Harry Potter only truly counted as a magical girl after signing a contract with QB.

"Harry is the most gifted child I've ever met."

"The only girl who could rival you was Madoka Kaname. She died in battle against the most powerful witch ever observed. Ah, what a pity."

"But, you know, if it's Harry, she can stop anything, no matter what the wish is, even despair and sorrow that can't be undone."

This is a story set after Homura Akemi shattered Madoka's Soul Gem, in a parallel world of Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

QB, that scoundrel, has found Harry, who has the potential to be a savior.

After realizing she'd been tricked, Harry, with nothing left to lose, went back to the past.

Harry's karmic ties here are strong enough to rival Madoka's, because she is the protagonist of the HP world.
