What he wanted was always within reach, yet impossibly far away. But when an obsession takes root in the heart, it becomes a fixation. That once imperious deity actually wanted something very simple. [The Gate to Hell, Lower Volume: Blurb] The moment Lucifer fell into Hell, he cast aside all the glory he had possessed as an angel. From the moment he fell, he was only Lucifer, His Majesty the Demon King, bearing the original sin of pride. [Reader's Guide] Note: Both volumes are set in a Western fantasy world, unlike the Hebrew mythology you may be used to. Western fantasy here means a magical setting in which the story takes place on a continent. The characters belong to various races, including humans, elves, dragons, undead, dwarves, giants, beastfolk, angels, demons, goblins, and vampires. Their professions include mages, swordsmen, knights, warriors, dragon riders, and more. P.S. Readers who care about historical accuracy, beware! If you're going to complain that this differs from Hebrew mythology, don't read it!
