On the first day of military training for new students at Yunya High School in 2004, Xia Yiwei's disappearance sent the whole school into an uproar. Her mother was dead, her father didn't love her, her grandfather didn't care for her, and her stepmother treated her harshly...
Because of two identical MP4 players and Qiao Xue's schemes, she, Song Yu, and Yao Ruolin became an inseparable trio. Xia Yiwei always ranked last in her entire grade in math, making her a laughingstock at school. But then Luo Xiaotian, a genius boy who scored full marks in math, agreed to tutor her. The eldest son of the Tong family, back in the country for a while, was also deeply drawn to Xia Yiwei's natural, unguarded nature... And so the aloof, otherworldly science genius, the proud and capricious heiress, and the spoiled rich young master gradually grew closer during their green, youthful years.
Everything should have carried on naturally, but no one expected Xia Yiwei's first love to be in a car accident.
From then on, everyone's fate began to veer off course...
