[Romeo + Juliet (1996)] Reconciliation

Do not let me admit that true hearts cannot unite

because of obstacles. Love is not love

if it changes when it finds a chance to change,

or bends when force tears it away:

Oh, no, that is not love! Love is a steadfast beacon,

that gazes upon the storm and never wavers;

Love is the star that guides lost ships,

whose height can be measured, whose worth is beyond price.

Love is not at the mercy of time, though rosy lips and cheeks

must fall beneath the scythe of passing years;

Love does not alter with minutes and hours, with days and months,

nor fear the trials of time, until the end of the world.

If anyone can prove my words untrue,

then I never wrote, and no one ever loved.

Ophelia sank into the swimming pool, hoping the shallow water would drown her. It all began with that dance, with that colorful fish tank. The hands of two young people met across the water, and the sea appeared in their eyes.

1. I'm here for Li Zi, I'm here for Li Zi, I'm here for Li Zi.

2. The heroine is Juliet's younger sister.

3. The setting is the modern adaptation of Romeo and Juliet released in 1996.

4. It has a happy ending, trust me, you won't regret it.

5. It's a short-to-medium-length story.

6. The lines in the 1996 modern Romeo and Juliet are all taken from Shakespeare's original play, so they sound a little strange. Also, many inner monologues were spoken aloud by the actors in the film, so I changed them back into inner monologues in the story.

7. The setting is modern, the setting is modern, the setting is modern.
