The hero is Tezuka Kunimitsu, my favorite character in Prince of Tennis, and also the one I feel most sorry for.
Also, please ignore any technical details in the story, whether about medicine or tennis. I'm just making things up.
In the original, Yagyu Hiroshi has a younger sister. I've left that girl out here, so please don't mind.
For the sake of the plot, the Prince of Tennis characters are a year younger: the third-years are fourteen, and so on.
There may be some unflattering remarks about the Seigaku boys in the story, so please forgive me.
The story mainly focuses on the people from Rikkai Dai.
