Chihiro, Haku, and Sakura

He was the former River God, Haku, the Kohaku River. She was an ordinary human girl, Ogino Yae Sakura. From the moment he rescued her, the red threads of their fates began to intertwine. I’m not afraid of loving the wrong person. I’m only afraid of never having loved at all., Yae Sakura I’ll be with you as we watch the world, the sun and moon, and the stars filling the sky., Haku A Few Notes About This Story (PS): 1. This story has an original female protagonist. She is Ogino Chihiro’s cousin, and her pairing is with Haku. 2. I’ll try not to bash anyone. Even the villains will get some redemption, so if that’s not your thing, please don’t read. And please don’t flame me over OOC characters. 3. The heroine stays in the Spirit World in the end, since both her parents died when she was young. 4. Since Haku is a god with a long life, the heroine’s golden finger is that she later becomes Zeniba’s apprentice and eventually a witch. 5. Canon purists, please stay away. This story doesn’t have any of the profound social commentary from the Spirited Away movie. It’s just a fluffy, wish-fulfillment story. I like Haku, and I like Chihiro just as much. In fact, I like most of the characters in Spirited Away. But A Chen’s brain isn’t sharp enough to write stories as profound as those of the great Miyazaki, so this can only be a fluffy story. Sorry~ 6. I hope this won’t feel too idealized. I’ve done my best to make my girl ordinary, and to have her love someone she can’t have, just like an ordinary person. But an entirely ordinary person wouldn’t win a god’s love, so it’s only natural that Yae Sakura is better than most. Please don’t flame me for making her too perfect~ If you do, I’ll put you in my little black room [laughs]. I wrote a song for this story,
