In the year 5990 of the Galactic Calendar, the Human Interstellar Alliance was attacked by an alien race, the Zerg. In order to resist the end of mankind, the alliance government developed a humanoid super weapon called the "Golem." And the young people who use this weapon to fight are called "puppet masters".
This was the first time that Lyle saw the "golem". It didn't have three heads, six arms or green face and fangs. It looked like a very ordinary human being.
