[The print edition of this book is now available. Here's the blurb.] Why do we have to argue? Can't we sit down calmly and take a few swings at each other instead! Wei Niaoniao, an alien from the snarky planet M308, is utterly baffled. How did she transmigrate into an ancient dynasty and get picked to become the Crown Princess? Faced with a mysterious Crown Prince wearing a mask, a neighboring country's tyrant dressed as a woman, an imperial couple and court musicians entangled in the previous dynasty's affairs, a disfigured servant hiding secrets, and a beautiful princess who died unjustly... Wei Niaoniao has no idea how she got swept into the vortex of power and made the center of a struggle for the throne. Who is she? And who are they? After wave upon wave of upheaval, a haze of secrets, and bloody struggles for power, she finally understands what power means.
