A Refill of Coffee

A thick and strong hot-pressed espresso, and a clear and light purified water. Their encounter created this simple and mellow American coffee. Just like the encounter between Han Ziyang and Jun Mo, it was neither urgent nor slow but just right. Whether it dilutes the bitterness of coffee or neutralizes the blandness of water, it seems that we have never evaluated this simple power. The first time I watched "Refill Coffee" was in 2011. After the complicated and chaotic freshman year of freshman year, I had a lot more time. Perhaps it was because of my almost obsessive love for coffee that I felt inexplicably fond of it the moment I saw the title of the book. It was already midnight when I finished reading it in one breath. The author's writing style is exquisite, and I was even more amazed by the author's understanding of the psychology of the characters. He expressed his thoughts from the beginning to the end, and the words seemed to be narrated by a person. To this day, I can't remember how many times I have reviewed this novel, but every time I read it, I always gain a sense of peace from it. A few days ago, I went to attend a very important interview. I walked out of the financial building on high heels that hurt my feet. I suddenly felt as if I had been evacuated. My tense nerves finally relaxed. Only then did I realize that my feet were already in unbearable pain. I limped into a nearby Starbucks and put on comfortable shoes in the bathroom, which seemed like I was saved. I ordered a cup of Americano coffee and sat alone in the corner looking at the high heels I had thrown in the bag. Suddenly I thought of Jun Mo, that calm and elegant woman. She is steady, calm, professional and capable, and nothing seems to be difficult for her. During my college days, I always admired such a smart and capable woman, and I also hoped that one day I could be like her, able to see through all the storms and still remain calm and determined. And this road has just begun. In fact, when it comes to envying Jun Mo's working ability, what's more, I envy her for still having a simple and pure heart in this mortal world. Whether it was the suffering in those three years or the step-by-step approach of Han Ziyang, she never wanted to make herself complicated. Some people say that Han Ziyang seems to be a spare tire for Jun Mo, but I never think so. Jun Mo knows that before she can sort herself out, it is unfair to both herself and him. She wants simplicity and will not bring complexity to him. In fact, under Jun Mo's impeccable appearance, she is just a simple little girl. She will cry uncontrollably, and she will be so simple that Han Ziyang buys his taste buds with a plate of beef tenderloin. We all yearn for simplicity, but after all, how many people can be like Jun Mo? I have written this eloquently, so please don't dislike the author's trivial remarks. In the past, I lamented that the writing style was calm and pleasant, but now my own writing is always a bit unsatisfactory. When I look back at coffee recently, I really feel sorry for myself. Also once again benefited greatly from coffee. Good writing is like a cup of fragrant coffee. Even if you have drunk it all, you will still have endless aftertaste.

The author's writing is good~ I read it once a few years ago and read it for the second time today. I feel that the heroine has purely tortured herself in the past three years. She chose to break up for the sake of her family three years ago and did not make compromises for love or properly negotiate with her first love. After three years, she should "reap the consequences" and has no right to be pretentious. This novel can be said to be my inspiration for novels. I read it in 2011 when I was a freshman in high school. I graduated this year and read through the novels I had read before. I still felt so warm when I read this novel.
