[Harry Potter/Voldemort X Harry] A Dream Lost to a Thousand Years

Godric understood his own feelings before he died. He vowed that he would wait for Salazar, no matter how long it took. A thousand years later, the future Dark Lord has just obtained the Resurrection Stone ring, killed his father, and made a Horcrux. After acquiring the Resurrection Stone, a flood of memories surfaced, seriously disrupting Tom's normal life. To keep them from interfering with him, he sealed the memories that had poured in after he obtained the Stone inside a diary. (This sets up the diary's appearance later on. The diary is incredibly powerful!) More than fifty years later, Harry Potter, the wizarding world's savior, starts school. After the events involving the Philosopher's Stone in his first year, he gets a mysterious diary in his second year. (From here on, the plot starts to diverge from the original.)
