I hit a writing block while working on my Bai Li story. I wrote nearly fourteen thousand more characters afterward, but no matter what I did, they wouldn't connect to what came before... It was incredibly frustrating.
I went to read some Conan and Ai stories, and when I saw a line about Ai-chan's age, inspiration suddenly struck.
Ai and Shi are a lot like the Xia Li I had in mind!
They both have inner selves that don't match their youthful appearances, they each have a rival in love called a childhood friend, and the people they like both have the nickname "Little Reaper Student".
So, on a whim, I stopped working on that story and came here to write this one...
