The lonely bird, also known as the lonely bird, belongs to the vertebrate phylum Birds, order Passeriformes, order Corvidae.
The feathers are black with metallic luster; the beak, legs and feet are pure black. Forest and grassland birds inhabit forest edges or cliffs, nesting alone, and occasionally wandering in mixed groups in autumn and winter. The call is simple and harsh, and the pronunciation is similar to "JI-MO", hence the name.
Omnivorous. Mild personality, no aggressive habits.
Only one or two eggs are laid per year. Egg gray with fine brown spots. The female bird incubates the eggs, and the incubation period is 30 to 40 days. The chicks are late adults and can only move independently after being fed by their parents for about 2 months. Wild Jiwu can live 8 to 10 years, and its life span in captivity can reach more than 20 years.
Note: Jiwu may affect the owner's mood swings, but there is no definite experimental proof yet.
