From the Start, Kill Li Longji

In the first year of the Tanglong era, Prince of Linzi Li Longji joined forces with Princess Taiping to stage a coup, killing Empress Wei and Princess Anle.

Li Muyuan, a woman from the apocalypse, transmigrated into the unfortunate Princess Anle.

Before she had time to adjust to her surroundings, a maid rushed in, her hair disheveled and one shoe missing.

Blood was flowing from the maid's foot, but she paid it no mind. Grabbing Li Muyuan's hand, she cried out, "The Prince of Linzi has broken in with his men! He says he'll kill everyone in our residence, leaving not even the chickens and dogs alive!"

Li Muyuan's bewildered gaze instantly turned sharp. "If someone wants my life, then I'll take his!"

She snatched up a long saber and shoved a short blade into the maid's hand.

The maid clutched the dagger in a panic, unsure what to do, but then met Li Muyuan's murderous gaze. "If we don't fight back, we'll die! You're one of my people. They won't spare you! Do you want to die like a helpless coward?"

"N-no! I don't! I want to live!"

"Then come with me and fight! We'll carve out a path in blood!"

Reader notes:

1. This story is set in an alternate Tang dynasty. It's a power fantasy with a golden finger, and the setting is full of authorial inventions, so historical accuracy enthusiasts should beware.

2. This is not a story about an overpowered heroine or women's rights. It's just an ordinary power fantasy. The heroine will have a love interest, and there is no succession plotline.

3. The heroine is extraordinarily strong, but the apocalypse has made her rather coldhearted. At first, she's a lone wolf with little aptitude for leadership. She will gradually grow into a true leader as the story progresses.
