As a ninth-circle mage who graduated from an academy of arcane arts, Ogna was practically on the verge of a breakdown when he suddenly arrived in a world where everyone inherited their abilities and was born knowing how to use magic.
To make matters worse, this body of his hadn't inherited those abilities...
And on top of that, a bunch of muggles who cast spells like warriors were always swaggering around in front of him?
Come on, let a real mage teach you how it's done!
P.S. The protagonist has lost his ability to cast spells and turns to researching runes. Everyone besides the protagonist has innate, inherited magic-like abilities.
The protagonist is the pursued partner. A plot-driven progression story.
