Synopsis: This story is back! The transmigration timeline has been changed to 2020~
The winter of 2020 was unusually turbulent, as COVID-19 swept across China. Zhao Nansong, a reporter on Spring Festival duty at a Shanghai newspaper, was denied permission to report in the field, so she drove alone to Hangzhou... But her car went out of control and plunged into the surging Qiantang River. She transmigrated 829 years into the past, to Lin'an, the temporary capital of the Southern Song.
When Zhao Nansong woke, it was the second year of Shaoxi under Emperor Guangzong of the Southern Song, 1191 AD. A heavy snowfall had just cleared in Lin'an, leaving the skies bright and cloudless. By an unexpected turn of events, she became the "daughter" of Song Yaobi, a vice minister of works, and Han Mufen, the niece of Empress Wu, wife of Emperor Gaozong. She reversed the order of her name and called herself Song Nanchao (zhao). Through a series of chance encounters, she met a host of friends, including Chen Wanwan, owner of the Chen family bookshop, a printing dynasty.
At the time, the only legal newspapers in the Southern Song were the court gazettes compiled by the government. Their news was outdated, they were controlled by the imperial family, and ordinary people could hardly get their hands on them. With her deep understanding of modern journalism, Song Nanchao joined forces with her friends to launch the Lin'an Morning Post, quickly becoming the most popular tabloid of the era. But after all the fame, the real crisis was only just beginning...
In a nutshell: Miss Nanchao says, "Please call me Chief Editor!"
1. Song Nanchao is the first female lead, and Chen Wanwan the second. Neither is love-struck, and each has her own male lead. There are also plenty of men they work with.
2. This story began with the lofty goal of exploring the dawn of Chinese journalism. Unfortunately, as the characters' lives became more and more tangled, melodramatic romance was unavoidable~
3. The Southern Song court was confined to the south, but Lin'an was prosperous and abundant. The Song, Jin, Western Xia, Dali, and Mongols all had dealings with one another. The author will follow historical sources, doing careful research while also letting her imagination run wild.
4. I made the cover myself, so please don't mind how simple it is. The original photo is a snowy scene I took in Hongbei Village, Mohe, in January 2015~
Theme: Two women build a business together!
I'll read it again after I fill it out, I'm afraid I'll get stuck somewhere.
The article I read in my senior year of high school is now a semester older [Desolate]
The writing is very good and the layout is good. Why did you stop? Is this a scam? Is the author still going to Jinjiang?
Why haven't you updated it?😭😭😭
Why is the next chapter locked?
Why doesn't she live at Wanwan's place?
The first issue of the tabloid came out successfully. Will I be able to see the full draft of the tabloid in the article every time in the future? I feel like I've made a profit! I read the article and read the tabloids. Hey-hey!
DaDa finally updated the article😄😄😄
